For Check-In, Check-Out and Interim reports, the following applies:

These 3 services allow for a previously compiled Inventory or Schedule of Condition

to be available. Where no such report exists in the first instance, the full inventory

fee will be charged. Where there is an existing Inventory or Schedule of Condition of a high enough standard,

then these reports will be produced at a  25% reduction of the normal inventory fee.
